Thoughts:

This is the same To Heart uniform that I used for my Shiho pictures. I just took a long red wig of mine that I didn't have a use for anymore and cut and styled it like Akari's. Then I cut a strip of yellow lycra for the hair ribbon. Akari is so cute!
