Construction:

Jacket: I was extremely lucky and found the jacket at a thrift store. All in all, the cost of the jacket was much less than what it would have been to make one. ^^ I painted the collar black, then added on the five gold buttons. I had to take the jacket in a little to fit me better.

Shirt: Purchased at the same thrift store. I added the bow around the neck.

Skirt: My mother's

Shoes: I've had these shoes in my closet for a long time.

Thoughts:

If only I had checked the thrift store before Katsucon! *sigh* I thought for sure that I would have to make this costume from scratch. ^_^' I'm happy I didn't, with how busy I have been.
