Thoughts on 5 of Spades:

A costume constructed in 2 days from scrap and my Comet wig. I think it actually turned out pretty cute! I have a lot of white satin (I seem to use it more than any other fabric) and made this costume mostly from it. I made the spades from black pleather scraps. No patterns involved... a circle and zipper for the skirt, a rectangle and straps for the card.

Thoughts on 3 of Clubs:

When it's a rainy Saturday and you're bored and you're me, this is what you do! I fixed up my cardgirl costume and put some clubs on the reverse side of it. I'd been planning to do this for my St. Patrick's Day pic for a while now.
